✦ I intend to keep my pieces 100% human, original, and away from any forms of controversy

[III] PAYMENTS50% of the price of what you picked must be provided at the start, and the final 50% slightly before I finish the piece entirely ^{✦ I will not start until the first payment will be made
✦ I will not send the final unwatermarked full resolution piece before the final 50% is payed
✦ I will only take payments through VGEN}[IV] REVISIONSBe as clear as possible whenever you describe what you want changed! ^{✦ Smaller revisions are free of charge
✦ I will provide 1 major revision only in the sketch phase
✦ Anything major after the sketch phase will come with an additional $5-25 fee}[V] DEADLINES AND DELIVERYI typically take anything in between a week to 2 months to finish a piece, but my normal is a month ^{✦ You may ask me about the progress of the piece anytime, just be modest with the amount that you ask
✦ You must let me know if you have any specific dates that you want me to have it finished by BEFORE I START ON THE PIECE, we can discuss if rush fees may apply
✦ rush fees will apply if the piece is needed within the next 14 days, do note that i will not accept if the date is not possible depending on my schedule
✦ Do not rush me if you have not payed for the rush fee, i tend to take my time on my pieces}[VI] USAGE RIGHTSPersonal use rights ^{✦ The received piece may be used for Icons/pfps, banners, headers and wallpapers freely
✦ You may repost the received piece as long as you credit me (@JaspenPNG)
✦ Use of the Piece for financial gain, redistribution, or advertisement in any form is prohibited}Commercial use rights ^{✦ You may use the commissioned piece for printing, advertisements, stream assets, or any form of agreed upon financial gain
✦ Commercial use can be given even after the commission is finished, as long as you pay}[VII] REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSI will only accept !00% refunds if i haven't started the commission yet ^{✦ 50% refunds are accepted if i haven't finished the commission yet, or the piece is finished in an untimely manor
